Mark Layton

Mr. Mark C. Layton. –  In a professional career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Layton is recognized as a highly successful entrepreneur, executive leader & teacher, supply chain expert and digital commerce pioneer. Layton founded one of the first ever internet focused supply chain firms, PFSweb Inc. (NASDAQ: PFSW) in 1993 and lead that firm as its CEO for over 20 years.

Since leaving PFSweb in 2013, Mr. Layton has utilized his entrepreneurial spirit, supply chain, ecommerce technology and broad-based financial skills along with years of high integrity and motivational executive management experience in a successful “next chapter” career as an Independent Board Director, Consultant advising executives on strategies surrounding Digital Commerce & Marketing, Supply Chain, Capital Raising, Merger and Acquisition activities and in facilitating leadership team events. Mr. Layton is also helping to shape our leaders of the future through his work as a supply chain department faculty member at the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
